Tipsy History - Hamilton - Part 1

Municipal Brew Works is happy to be the first stop on the Hamilton (drunken) History tour. This tour will be making monthly stops to various bars and restaurants around town with some of the leading historians of the area to talk about some of the characters, local legends, and historic events that shaped our town.

On the first stop of the tour, you'll hear about how Beer Barons, like Peter Schwab, created a leading industry in Hamilton only to be snubbed by Prohibition thus setting the table for the bootleggers of "Little Chicago."

Note: This is a brewery and they sell their own beer and seltzers. They don't have a restaurant, but you can bring food in or order delivery.
