### 🍵 Come hang out with us over tea in Nagayu Onsen! 🌿

Hi there!
If you're spending time in Kyushu — whether you're living here or just passing through — and you're looking for something a bit more real and off the beaten path, we’d love to invite you to a cozy tea time with us!
We’re hosting a relaxed Sencha tea gathering in a lovely old-style Japanese house (kominka) right in the heart of Nagayu Onsen, a small, peaceful hot spring town famous for its mineral-rich water.
This isn’t a formal tea ceremony. It’s more like a chill tea session where we take things slow, share good conversation, and enjoy the beauty of simple moments together — all while learning a bit about Japanese tea culture.

### What’s it all about?

🍃 We'll explore Sencha, Japan’s most popular everyday green tea (not the powdered Matcha you usually see in touristy places).
💧 You’ll get to brew it using the famous Nagayu spring water — and taste how the flavor changes with each pour.
🏡 All of this takes place inside a charming kominka house, filled with stories and character.
🍡 We’ll also serve up some local Japanese sweets that go perfectly with the tea.
🧑‍🤝‍🧑 And most importantly — we’ll just enjoy being together. Come as you are, meet new people, and have a relaxed, memorable time.

### A peek at the flow (about 60 minutes)

12:00 PM – Meet up at “Roadside Station Nagayu” → short walk to the house
We’ll get settled in and share the story of the house and the area
12:15 PM – Tea time begins
We’ll show you how to brew the first cup of Sencha with the right temperature and timing
12:30 PM – Your turn!
Everyone gets their own tea set and tries brewing their own tea (it’s fun and surprisingly easy!)
12:40 PM – Sip, chat, relax
Enjoy your tea and sweets, chat with others, flip through a few books, or just take a deep breath and unwind
1:00 PM – Wrap up
We’ll end with a quick thank-you and some free time to hang out.

### What to bring

• Just yourself and an open mind 🌞
• A camera if you want to snap a few pretty moments
• Comfortable clothes — jeans and T-shirts are totally fine! We’ll be sitting on tatami mats, but the vibe is super relaxed.

📍 Meeting point: Roadside Station “Nagayu” (道の駅 ながゆ温泉)
From there, we’ll walk together (just 3 minutes!) to our cozy kominka tea spot in the middle of Nagayu Onsen, Takeda City.
