Square Dance Lessons begin this week!

Join your friends and neighbors this week and learn modern western square dance. Meet new people, get some exercise and laugh. There are lessons at two different locations in the Spokane area, on three different nights a week. Click the link below to see the schedule of lessons.

Most clubs offer the first lesson free, then there is a fee of $5 to $7 dollars per person, per lessons. The fee pays the cost of the hall rental and pays the caller a stipend. Lessons are sequential, so it is important that you start this week or next week as the classes will close to new dancers until January, when a new set of lessons begins.

Square dance is family friendly. Kids 10 and up are welcome to learn with a participating adult. No drop offs, we can not provide supervision for unattended minors.

Locations include: The North Spokane Dance Center, The Western Dance Center, and The Harding Family Center in Coeur d'Alene. All are easy to find, just Google the location.
