Let's Hike: Warren Woods State Park and Galien River County Park
We will be doing a 2 mile hike at Warren Woods then head over to Galien River County Park for another 2 mile hike. After we can head to Ghost Isle Brewery for a drink and/or a bite (optional).
We will park along Warren Woods Road by the trail head (Not Elm Valley Road entrance). We will take an out and back hike, 1 mile each way. The trail follows the scenic river and has a nice bridge crossing the river.

Then we will drive to Galien River County Park (6 miles drive). We will check out the park’s 300' Canopy Walkway that leads to a 60' high Marsh Overlook Tower and a 600' long Marsh Boardwalk that leads to River Viewing. Then we will hike the 1.4-mile Ridge Trail loops through surrounding woods edged by steep ravines to wetland and river.
No dogs or pets are allowed at Galien River County Park
After the hike, if you like, we can visit Ghost Isle Brewery for a drink and/or a bite (optional). (1 mile away.)
