Before there was the "Modern Streetcar", there was the Old Pueblo Trolley which ran down the center of 4th avenue.
Let's have lunch at Crossroads Mexican restaurant, and then wander over to Old Pueblo Trolley which has a collection of refurbished Trolley cars.
