Absolute Beginner's Cricket 🏏 - Learn How to Play

This meetup is designed for people with no knowledge of cricket to learn the basic rules of the game and have fun in a friendly, relaxed environment. Men and women over 18 welcome. There won't be anything too intensive so you don't have to be the fittest to join.

We will start with a chat and quick drink at The Dog (coffee for me). Then we will head to the field and I'll show you the basics of batting and bowling. When everyone has had a trial and feels comfortable, we will start a short game. Afterwards we may take another drink afterwards if anyone is interested.

The weather is set to stay dry. Toilet facilities are available nearby.
