Join us for our next cooking party, where we’ll make Japanese Karaage (唐揚げ) from scratch!

Karaage is one of Japan’s most loved dishes — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor!

This time, we’ll work in small groups to prepare, marinate, coat, and fry our own delicious chicken. We’ll also experiment with different seasonings and dipping sauces to discover our favorite combinations! 😋

👨‍🍳 What we’ll do:

• Prepare and marinate chicken with traditional Japanese seasonings.
• Learn how to make the perfect crispy coating.
• Fry our karaage until golden and crunchy.
• Experiment with different flavors and dipping sauces.
• Sit together, share our creations, and enjoy a delicious meal!

No cooking experience needed! Whether you’re a beginner or a cooking enthusiast, everyone is welcome.

次回のクッキングイベントは、みんな大好きな日本の唐揚げです！🇯🇵🍗

今回は、下味をつけるところから、衣をまぶしてカリッと揚げるところまで、みんなで一から手作りします！

さらに、いろいろな味付けやディップソースにも挑戦して、お気に入りの組み合わせを見つけましょう！😋

👨‍🍳 当日の内容

• 鶏肉を準備して、醤油やしょうがなどで下味をつける
• サクサクの衣を作るコツを学ぶ
• みんなで唐揚げをカリッと揚げる
• いろいろな味付けやソースを楽しむ
• 最後はみんなで作った料理を囲んで楽しく食事！🍽️
