⭐️ HIKING ⭐️
EQUIPMENT - This is also a safety issue! Be prepared out there as weather in the mountains can change quickly to rain, snow, thunderstorms, high winds, etc... If you're new to hiking, this is a great site to help you understand what you need: http://m.outdoorgearlab.com/a/11070/How-to-Layer-Clothing-for-Each-Season
Certain equipment may be required for hikes ie. microspikes, hiking poles, bivy sack, bear spray, etc... Your local Campers Village or MEC store can provide fantastic advice about gear and layering. A personal first aid kit is strongly recommended.
