Hike to Cascata da Pedra da Ferida and cold swim in Louçainha.

We meet in Louçainha, near the Praia Fluvial da Louçainha at 14.00.
Then we'll hike along the stream towards the Cascata da Pedra da Ferida.
It is an easy hike, rocky at a times, shaded under hardwood trees - take a jumper. Take a packed lunch, too.
It's a nature walk, calm and with few ruins on the way, revealing the history of that area.
After we come back, those who want, can jump to the natural swimming pool for a cold swim (water temperature around 17/18 degrees).
Those who have never tried it and would like to experience it, I'll introduce and guide them to do it. I'll talk about how to get in the cold water safely and prepare the mind for the discomfort of the first cold swim.
