Introduction to cold swimming

For those who would like to try cold, winter even, swimming.

The first event, from the series, will be about how to get in the cold water safely, and prepare the mind for the discomfort of first cold swim.
Summer is over, from now on the water temperature will be going down, so it's a good time to begin to acclimatise along with the changing seasons.

We'll meet in Louçainha natural swimming pool.

The aim for the group is to be able to swim in January, in around 7 degrees water, comfortably, for good health and great time in good company.

For those from Coimbra without a transport, we'll organse it for you, just RSVP yourself and comment that you need the transport.
