Day Trip: Walk, Swim & Learn about Ançã, Cantanhede

Join us for an active day out and explore the nearby town of Ançã, Cantanhede!

9:30am Meet in Coimbra
10:00am Arrive in Ançã
10:30-1:30pm 10km Circular Walk from Ançã to Portunhos (and back to Ançã). This is an easy walk with little-to-no elevation. Learn about the history of limestone quarrying in Ançã, and search for ancient fossils!
1:30-4:30pm Relax and swim at the piscina natural (natural pool) in Ançã
4:30pm: return to Coimbra.
