This group is focused on in person activities such as discovering theatrical happenings, savoring cultural events, visiting museums and exploring various neighborhoods in the NYC area with an occasional foray upstate. Bonus if you love good pizza or the water!
Who should join this group: Anyone in the NYC area who wants to experience it. Enthusiastic individual who strive to enjoy activities be they high minded like seeing an exhibit at the Met, or middle brow, like perhaps bowling.

Event Description:
Join us for a daytime walk through Manhattanâs west side and downtown, ending with sweeping views from the Rooftop at Pier 17. Weâll meet at Hudson Yards and begin our journey along the High Line, taking in the gardens, art, and elevated views.
From there, weâll head south into Battery Park City, where weâll stroll along the scenic waterfront with plenty of photo opportunities. Our path then takes us past the Staten Island Ferry Whitehall Terminal, a classic New York landmark, before turning east toward the Seaport where weâll make a stop at the McNally Jackson Books + CafĂ© at the Seaport â a perfect spot to browse books, grab a drink, and recharge.The walk concludes at the Rooftop at Pier 17, where weâll enjoy panoramic views of the East River, the Brooklyn Bridge, and Lower Manhattan. This is a great chance to relax, socialize, and take memorable photos.
