Join us for an afternoon of urban exploration, history, and fresh air! We’ll gather in front of the Brooklyn Central Library, then take a leisurely walk through Prospect Park, exiting on Prospect Park West near Nitehawk Cinema.

From there, we’ll continue on foot to Green-Wood Cemetery, one of Brooklyn’s most beautiful and historic landmarks. Inside, we’ll locate and geotag some of the famous graves using mapping apps and shared coordinates — a fun way to combine walking, history, and a bit of detective work!

We’ll also plan for a coffee or snack stop along Prospect Park West (location TBD) before heading into Green-Wood.

Expect a relaxed pace, good conversation, and plenty of photo opportunities. Bring comfortable walking shoes, water, and curiosity!
Approximate duration: 2.5–3 hours
