Hike@Enders State Forest

Details

Like so many state forests, Enders looks very unassuming from the side of the road. Its small dirt parking area doesn't prepare you for the carefully constructed trail that lies before you. This approximately 1-mile loop takes you down through a beautiful forest, along a picturesque gently running stream and a series of lovely waterfalls. As is so often the case, this humble looking site hides true beauty once you begin to explore it.
There are bathrooms on site and it is Dog friendly if your dog can walk ok up and down stairs.
Swimming is not recommended, as the state warns of the activity and several injuries and deaths have occurred. However, some say you can swim in certain deeper areas
