Town Festival Celebrate West Hartford

Hi everyone! This is one of the best events of the year in my town. Come out for a good time with friends and if you’re new to the group we welcome you and you can meet some new people. Try some delicious food, enjoy good music, rides and see exhibits from artists. Make sure to bring cash as some food and other vendors are cash only. We will meet at 10:30 outside the Crate and Barrel, I take attendance so please check in so I know you’re here.

Celebrate! West Hartford is free to attend and welcomes all members of the greater-Hartford region and beyond to enjoy West Hartford in a fun and festive atmosphere. The festival features an award-winning arts & crafts fair with over 160 vendors and a business & non-profit expo with 120+ exhibitors. There are carnival rides and games for all ages and a food court offering gourmet cuisine and festival food favorites. Live musical entertainment features professional bands with regional followings and showcases the Town’s school jazz bands. FUNd RUNS including a certified 5K and Kids’ K are held on Sunday morning.

CWH has repeatedly won awards from we-ha.com and Hartford Magazine’s Best of Hartford Readers’ Poll in the “Festival” and “Local Annual Event” categories. CWH has also garnered the Top 200 Award in the Sunshine Artists “Best Craft Shows” national ranking several times.

Parking:

There will be FREE parking in the Isham Garage (17 Isham Road) during festival hours: Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday, June 8, 2025 from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM*.

Parking is also available at the Town Center Garage, 29 South Main Street. A $5 event parking fee applies. Town surface lots and marked curbside spaces are available. Parking fees apply; please pay at the kiosk.

Handicap Parking will be reserved on Burr Street near the corner of South Main Street for state permit holders.

FUNd RUNS parking - Please be advised that access to Isham Garage will be limited on Sunday, June 9 between 7:45-8:15 AM when the Kids’ K takes place around Blue Back Square. If you are arriving at that time, we recommend you park elsewhere. Sorry for the inconvenience!

There will be NO PARKING as follows:

No Parking on South Main Street, west side, from 29 South Main Street to 55 South Main Street (Dunkin' Donuts to Key Bank).
Burr Street will be closed. (Available only to local traffic and authorized vehicles).
No Parking along the 5K Race route on Sunday, June 8, 2025. Road closures include Raymond Road, both sides, from the Boulevard to Isham Road; Isham Road, both sides, from Raymond Road to Memorial Road; Memorial Road, both sides, from South Main Rd to Raymond Road.
*Violators will be towed at owner's expense.
