Hike to Castle Craig

Let's start Father's Day off with a good hike!

This trail is considered "moderate" by AllTrails. The first 3/4 of the way up is fairly easy, but the last 1/4 is much more aggressive, with the majority of elevation gain. The way down is also a little steep. There are a lot of scenic views throughout the hike, and especially at the top by the castle.

The trail is a 3 mile loop, with a total elevation gain of about 660 feet.

Make sure to bring plenty to drink. I'd also recommend wearing hiking boots or sneakers if you have them.
