Bike Ride @ Farmington Canal Heritage Trail (Kinsmen)

About the ride: In order to attend this event, you need to have your own bike (in good condition) & physically be able to ride 23.6 miles.

I'll post additional information as it gets closer to the event, but we will be riding on the Farmington Canal Heritage Trail.

Distance of Ride: 23.6 miles (starting at Kinsmen -> Quinnipiac University in Hamden -> back to Kinsmen for food/drinks).

Pace of ride: This will depend on the group, but I am guessing at least 10 mph.

Breaks?: Again, this will depend on the group, but we will stop for a quick break at the parking lot across the street from Quinnipiac (approximately 11.8 miles into the ride). If needed, we can add additional breaks half way down to Quinnipiac and/or half way back to Kinsmen.

Note: Please make sure your RSVP status is correct by 12:00 PM on Friday May 8th. This event will most likely be popular & have a wait list; in other words, if you are RSVP'd Yes and know you aren't coming, please be respectful by updating yourself to No (in order for someone to come off the wait list). Any last-minute cancelations, especially if there is a wait list, will be considered a 'No Show' for the event & may restrict you from attending future events.
