Join Yuliya Cohen for a rare experiential evening exploring a new vision of healing where the intelligence of plant medicine meets the restorative power of pleasure —without ingesting any substances. The evening begins with an interactive workshop introducing simple, science-informed practices that awaken the body's natural capacity for safety, aliveness, and embodied well-being. Participants will learn practical tools they can continue using long after the event to cultivate greater presence, ease, and connection in everyday life.
The workshop is followed by a guided Plant Medicine Energy Transmission Journey, an immersive meditative experience accompanied by music, candlelight, and deep relaxation. Drawing on Yuliya's 35+ years of work in trauma healing, energy medicine, and spiritual transformation, the journey invites participants into a gentle field of healing centered on receptivity, embodiment, and the rediscovery of the unique qualities of pleasure the body may have been missing. This intimate, application-based event is offered in a small-group setting designed to foster safety, reflection, and meaningful personal experience.

I'm excited to be bringing this unique experience back to Jamaica Plain Boston (July 26) & Staten Island New York City (tomorrow, July 12) in a new format.
Over the past year, this work has continued to evolve in beautiful and unexpected ways, and I'm looking forward to sharing it. We could all use a little more effortless healing through pleasure.
