Exploring Tai Chi/Qigong and Holiday Party

Registration for Tai Chi/Qigong Class- 3:00 to 3:30

Tai Chi/Qigong Class - 3:30 to 4:40

Holiday Party at Erewhon Market - 5:00 to 6:00 or later
Just up the street from the class is an Erewhon Market. Erewhon has a delicious hot food bar, slices of pizza, baked goods, fresh juices, etc. We will find a seating area and celebrate the holiday season and get to know each other better.

A member of our Meetup Group, Caroline Hatfield, has invited all of us to experience one of her Tai Chi/Qigong classes for FREE!!!

Quoting Caroline "I have been studying and practicing Tai Chi and Qigong for over 30 years, and am still in love with it. I am certified by the American Tai Chi and Qigong Association, Level III, and by the Tai Chi, Qigong, and Feng Shui Institute out of Hong Kong."

We will be doing Silk Reeling--a warm-up that engages the whole body and Chi circulation, followed by Qigong--a breath and energy cultivation exercise to enhance the many benefits of Tai Chi, and Tai Chi--a moving meditation, body and mind strengthener.

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. The room could be cold so layer up. Light cover-up, long sleeves or light sweater.
