Speakers and demos:
Philippe Lewicki, Captain of AfterNow
Philippe will describe AfterNow's process for creating beautiful, practical UX for Mixed Reality, answering questions like: How do we go from 2D to 3D spatial user interface? How do we sketch and wireframe 3D experiences? How do you communicate, mockup and test user flows?
AfterNow is an agile development agency that specializes in Mixed Reality experiences. Ask them anything on Twitter @AfterNowLab (http://www.twitter.com/afternowlab).
Philippe is a longtime tech entrepreneur committed to enhancing the way we interact with machines. This year, one of his favorite topics to cover is the convergence of mixed reality, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things.
AfterNow will be showcasing a demo of the HoloLens Hue Lights app, which controls the color and brightness of Philips Hue lights via the HoloLens through a thoughtful holographic UX design.
Joey Jones of Ayzenberg Group
Joey Jones leads the CG/Character Animation group and co-leads the MR development pipeline at Ayzenberg Group, a full service Frontline marketing agency based in Pasadena, focused on creating and sharing brand stories. Joey’s talk about story telling in mixed reality and capturing holographic assets via MRC will feature a social video for Sega/Sonic featuring a holographic character in the real world captured in one shot with the HoloLens MRC.
Joey's talk will be followed by a live demo of their featured app -- a HoloLens game featuring Sonic fandom icon "Sanic."
