First Meeting: (Informal Meet & Greet)

Details
Greetings Fellow Travelers!
It is my honor to welcome all of you to the group. My name is Nate, and I am rather new to the Austin area, I moved here from Salt Lake City, UT about two and a half years ago.
Recently, I have developed an interest in spirituality, and in my search, I have come across this compelling concept of Nonduality; and how it resides at the very core of most religious and spiritual traditions. I was inspired to form this group after a discussion with my spiritual teacher, who happens to be from a Tibetan Buddhist tradition of Nonduality, the Dzogchen path.
My aim is to explore this topic with fellow like-minded Seekers, as well as welcome those who are curious and would like to learn more. We will be reading sources from a wide variety of teachers and traditions that express Nondual themes, but our group will be centered at least initially around the teachings of Rupert Spira as a primary source. His teachings are a bridge to these other great traditions, as he incorporates many of them.
For our initial get-together, I believe it would be wise, to begin with an informal meet & greet before the holidays to get to know each other and get a better idea of what everyone would like to see and benefit from our study. We will discuss where we will likely meet (I am open to meeting virtually via Zoom if that is what works best), and how our meetings will be structured, as well as what day and time works best for everyone.
If anyone has any questions and(or) comments they would like to share, please don't hesitate to reach out.
