TOUR OVERVIEW:
Crown Heights is a beautiful and expansive neighborhood that is known for its West Indian and Hasidic Jewish communities, and in recent decades has been discovered by a wide variety of people due its beautiful housing stock, restaurant scene, relative affordability and central Brooklyn location.

During our tour we'll take in majestic Eastern Parkway, lively Franklin Avenue, several historic districts with varied and colorful townhouses and mansions, along with some other landmarks and sites including: America's first Children's Museum; pleasant Brower Park; the location of Ebbetts Field, home of the Brooklyn Dodgers from 1913-1957; a huge 1903 armory recently converted to a community recreation and arts center; and Medgar Evers College.

We will have a short break during the tour (with restrooms).
Tour ends: Back at the museum as our route is a loop.

Cheers from Hank
