Exploring Microdosing for Midlife Wellbeing
Details
Midlife can sneak up on you. Even when life looks pretty solid from the outside, many people notice shifts in mood, stress tolerance, energy, or how connected they feel to themselves and others. Hormonal changes, long-term stress, relationships, and big life transitions often collide during this stage, which is why a lot of people start getting curious about new ways to support themselves.
In this meetup, I’ll offer a grounded, practical introduction to microdosing for adults in midlife. We’ll talk about what microdosing is (and isn’t), why it shows up so often at this stage of life, and how biological changes, including hormones, can influence people’s experiences. The focus is on informed choice, safety, and realistic expectations—not quick fixes.
This event is for educational purposes only.
We’ll cover:
- Microdosing basics and common misconceptions
- Why midlife can be a meaningful time to explore it
- How hormonal changes in both women and men may affect mood and stress
- Safety considerations, risks, and who should be cautious
- Ways people work with microdosing to support insight and wellbeing
- Q&A and open discussion
There’s no pressure to try anything, and no one-size-fits-all answers. The goal is simply to help you get clearer about microdosing and whether it’s something you want to explore further.
Curiosity is welcome. If you’d like to submit questions ahead of time, or prefer to do so anonymously, feel free to message me.
