This group is for foodies, adventurers, and social butterflies looking to explore all that New York City’s most diverse borough has to offer. From scenic waterfront walks to historic parks, to exploring the diverse food scene, trying out new restaurants and food trucks to hitting up local hot spots and hidden gems, Queens is a multi-stop destination for experiencing some of the best of NYC’s history, ethnic food, nature, and culture.
Our goal is to bring together like-minded individuals who enjoy good food, fun activities, and making new friends along the way. Whether you're a seasoned Queens resident or new to the area, join us for a memorable experience filled with delicious food, exciting adventures, and great company. Let's eat, explore, and make lasting memories together … in Queens 🤗
On occasions, we'll also do day trips and Meetups out to Long Island easily accessible on LIRR from Queens.

Our First Meetup: A Sunday Walk in the Park
Wallenberg Square, Metropolitan Ave, Richmond Hill, NY, USWelcome to our new group. For our very first Meetup let’s get outside and take a walk at Forest Park for fitness, fresh air and camaraderie with new friends.

MEETING POINT: Wallenberg Square located at 115-29 Metropolitan Ave, Richmond Hill, NY, about a 10-min walk from the Kew Gardens-Union Turnpike subway station (E. F trains)
PACE: This is a LEISURELY PACE HIKE AND NO ONE WILL BE LEFT BEHIND. We will have stops for water breaks, lunch break, take time to soak in the surrounding views, savor the sights and sounds of nature. PLEASE, NO SPEED DEMONS!!!!
DURATION: We should be done by 3pm but no guarantee. You can leave on your own at any time. We won’t judge. Much.
THE IMPORTANT STUFF:
- Dress for the weather in non-cotton layers.
- Wear appropriate shoes suitable for hiking.
- Bring liquid to stay hydrated.
- Bring lunch and snacks for yourself.
- Bring a sense of adventure and a positive attitude. A smile also goes a long way. Please leave the drama and crankiness at home.
POST-HIKE for those interested we'll do eats and drinks at Neir’s Tavern before heading home.
