• Non-Refundable Payment: Payment ensures your participation and is used to cover event expenses based on confirmed headcount. Once made, payments are non-refundable, even in case of cancellations or no-shows, as arrangements are finalized in advance.
• Carpool Reimbursement: Participants helping with carpooling will be reimbursed for fuel expenses based on the number of additional people they accommodate in their vehicles. Specific reimbursement amounts will be communicated by the organizers.
