Schedule:

08:40 AM: Depart Berlin Hauptbahnhof on the regional train (RE3). -If you are joining from a different station, our train arrives at 9:34.

09:35 AM: Arrive at Jüterbog station and take a short walk or bus ride into the historic old town.

10:15 AM: Explore the medieval center. Check out the Brick Gothic Rathaus at the market square and the towering Am Dammtor city gates. (Good spots for those photography enthusiasts)

Break:
1:00 PM: Grab lunch at one of the cafes or restaurants around the central market square.
-Alternatively-
Visit Kulturquartier Mönchenkloster 10 euros.
01:00 PM: Walk around Kulturquartier Mönchenkloster. This former Franciscan monastery features an incredible library built right into the old church nave (the museum opens at 1:00 PM on weekends).

02:30 PM: Take an outdoor hike to Kloster Zinna. (3-kilometer trail heading north through the Fläming landscape to reach this 12th-century Cistercian abbey).
03:30 PM: Explore the Kloster Zinna grounds. Wander the late Romanesque fieldstone church and check out the historic herbal brandy distillery (optional) (4 euro) before heading back to the station.

This is a casual community meetup rather than a formal guided tour. Participants are fully responsible for their own tickets, pacing, personal safety, and keeping track of the schedule. Feel free to join, break away, or move at your own pace whenever you like, just please make sure to monitor your own return transport!
