Details
Join me this Sunday for a sightseeing hike Ludwigslust šæ, a city/ park known for its picturesque canals, cascades, historic pavilions, horse memorial, and majestic tree-lined avenues šļø.
Route & Pace

We will start the hike directly from the Ludwigslust Train Station and explore the palace grounds and surrounding parklands.

The total route is approximately 11 kilometers. Komoot path here

The pace will be brisk through the forested sections, with dedicated 2-3 minutes photo stops at the major buildings, monuments, and historic landmarks along the trail.
Schedule
- Morning: We arrive at Ludwigslust station at 12:32 and start the trail.
Breaks:

Lunch break: About half an hour into the hike, we will take a 45-minute break for a picnic. Bring your own food and drinks.

Afternoon break: We will take another 10-minute break later in the day before heading back toward the station.
Remainder of the day: We will continue our loop through the park landmarks, canals, and baroque structures, returning toward the town before heading to the station for our evening train.
