How it works
Teams & Fees
¥7,000 per team per Wednesday. Bring a bigger squad to split the cost!
Game length
7‑minute matches, round‑robin schedule (exact fixtures flex with sign‑ups).
Skill level
Mixed, but expect a fast, high‑energy pace.
Footwear
Astro‑turf boots or futsal shoes are ideal. Trainers/sneakers are okay.No studs or spikes.

Core Rules
- Kick‑off from centre at the start & after every goal.
- Kick‑ins replace throw‑ins; allow 3 m space for the restart.
- Keeper distribution: throw or short pass only; no back‑pass pick‑ups.
- No slide tackles (sliding to block/pass is fine).
- Self‑refereed, social spirit: call fouls honestly; aggressive behaviour = bench.
