Express with Espresso – Generosity: From Overflow to Inner Flow ☕🎨

This week at Express with Espresso – Sip, Create, Connect, we’re exploring the theme of Generosity — how we give to others and how we can start giving to ourselves.
So often we pour our time, care, and energy outward until there’s little left for our own well-being. Through mindful art, we’ll reflect on how to create a healthier flow — one that includes us in the circle of giving.
Using brewed espresso, coffee grounds, and glue, we’ll:

• Begin with a few grounding breaths and a short reflection
• Create overlapping shapes and textures to represent life’s overflows
• Outline moments of clarity and self-nourishment
• Share (if you wish) and leave feeling lighter, inspired, and more connected

Core creative session: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Optional social/chat time: 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM

💛 What to Bring:

• Just yourself (and a friend if you like)
• Optional: Purchase your favourite Tim’s drink
• Espresso and brushes for painting, glue, and coffee grounds will be provided

We’ll be sipping, painting with coffee, gluing grounds, grounding in, and gently flowing into soulful expression — all with heart.
