This week at Express with Espresso – Sip, Create, Connect, our theme is Freedom: Stretch Into Your Flow — a journey of letting go, opening up, and discovering what it feels like to create without boundaries.
We’ll start with a warm welcome and introductions (11:00–11:15 AM), followed by a gentle grounding to settle in. From there, the experience will gradually unfold — layer by layer — blending mindful reflection with an expressive art process using espresso as our paint.
We won’t give away all the details here — part of the magic is in discovering it together. Just know there will be moments to pause, play, and explore, as well as prompts to guide your creative flow. As our creations dry, we’ll add finishing touches with markers, then gather for a gratitude circle, an uplifting affirmation, and experience sharing. We’ll wrap with open time to connect and socialize until 12:30 PM.
