This week at Express with Espresso – Sip, Create, Connect, our theme is Sacrifice: Creating Space Within.
Our theme is Sacrifice—not as loss, but as a conscious act of creating space within ourselves to receive more love, peace, and clarity.
Through guided creative expression using espresso, lines, and forms, we will explore:

• How sacrifice can open new spaces within
• The balance between letting go and receiving
• Translating inner experiences into visual expression with simple shapes and lines

No art experience is needed—just curiosity, presence, and playfulness.
We’ll start with a warm welcome and introductions (11:00–11:30 AM), followed by a gentle grounding to settle in. From there, the experience will gradually unfold — layer by layer — blending mindful reflection with an expressive art process using espresso as our paint.
We won’t give away all the details here — part of the magic is in discovering it together. Just know there will be moments to pause, play, and explore, as well as prompts to guide your creative flow. As our creations dry, we’ll add finishing touches with markers, then gather for a gratitude circle, an uplifting affirmation, and experience sharing. We’ll wrap with open time to connect and socialize until 1:00 PM.

Core creative session: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Optional social/chat time: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM

• Just yourself (and a friend if you like)
• Optional: Purchase your favourite Tim’s drink
• All materials provided: paper, espresso, brushes, and markers

We’ll be sipping, painting with coffee, grounding in, and gently flowing into soulful expression — all with heart.
