This Express with Espresso – Sip, Create, Connect gathering invites us to reflect on the year so far, honour our experiences, and explore what we may be ready to refresh, renew, or begin again.

Through grounding, mindful reflection, and espresso coffee painting, we’ll explore this theme creatively, with a few surprises left for when we meet. ☕✨

No art experience is needed. Mindful art is for anyone and everyone. It’s about expression, not perfection.
