Inner Child Workshop

The Inner Child is where your feelings live. When you experience joy, sadness, anger or fear you Inner Child is coming out. When you are playful, spontaneous, creative, intuitive or surrendering to your spiritual self.
Creativity is intrinsic to children. They adore make-believe and can make new images from anything, so you have to release yourself from the left brain, rational, analytical, logical, parts and enjoy the play. Creative arts have a great deal to offer for the joy of experiencing new things.
