Tailgate, Drag Show, and NM United Match

Come hang with us for an awesome afternoon of community, food, music, and soccer! We’re heading to New Mexico United’s annual Pride Night—and whether this is your first match or your fiftieth, you’re totally welcome.

This is a chill, open invite to join us at the tailgate (think: outdoor pre-party) and then walk over together to enjoy the game. A group from Colorado Springs is coming too, so the energy should be high—but our vibe will be fun and easygoing!

📍 Where:
UNM South Lot (near the football stadium)
We’ll post a map closer to the day so you can find us easily. Look for the Curse Flags, DJ, and a stage.

🎉 Tailgate Highlights (starts around 2:30–3:00 PM):

• 🍻 Beer courtesy of Thirsty Eye Brewing
• 🎶 Live DJ set: “Pride Through the Ages” by DJ-O
• 💄 Drag Show starts at 3:30 PM — festive, friendly, and fun!
• 🏁 The Team is providing free flags designed by local tattoo artist flowerhead—we’ll have some ready for anyone who wants to march to the stadium with us before kickoff

⚽ Game Info:
• 🕖 Kickoff is at 7:00 PM vs. Colorado Springs Switchbacks
• 🏆 It’s a Jägermister Cup match—if it ends in a tie, it goes straight to penalty kicks!
• 🐐 After the game, there’s a fun supporter-created trophy ceremony called the Cryptid Cup

💰 Parking:
UNM charges $15 for the South Lot. The tailgate is totally free and open to the public—just bring yourself!

If you’ve never been to a United game or a tailgate before, no worries—we’ll make sure you’re welcomed and know where to go. Feel free to message in the group if you have questions!
