Group Kickoff - I Want to Lead Better. Now What? (FREE)

Excellent leaders are not built overnight so it's time to get after it, and get the kick-off meetup on the rails. Here is what to expect:

5:45-6:15pm - Informal gathering (appetizers will be served)
6:15-6:45pm - Introduction of the group
6:45-7:15pm - Roundtable of members' expectations
7:15-7:50 pm - The realities of leadership
7:50-8:00pm - Last comments, feedback & next steps

Please take note that I'll be happy to stay for an extra 30 mins after 8:00pm for those of you who would like to chat informally. I invite each one of you (attending or not) to send me a quick not of what you expect from this group (I already received some feedback).

Let's get the ball rolling. There is a world to change out there, and it needs leaders.
