Topic: Team Topologies
Team Topologies is a practical model for structuring teams around fast flow. It defines four team types (stream-aligned, enabling, complicated-subsystem, platform) and three interaction modes (collaboration, X-as-a-Service, facilitating). By managing cognitive load and aligning team boundaries with architecture and domain, it reduces handoffs, improves autonomy, and accelerates delivery.
