Bowen Island One Day Trip

Bowen Island ferry leaves Horseshoe Bay between the hours of 5:45 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The crossing time is 20 minutes. All tickets include return fare and there are no reservations which means you have to buy when you arrive the Horseshoe Bay. Ticket sales close ten minutes prior to the scheduled sailing and sometimes there are lineups to purchase tickets, so give yourself extra time. If you’re driving we recommend taking a non-peak sailing and arriving 45 minutes prior to the next scheduled departure. (From Bowen Island website)
IMPORTANT NOTE :
We will meet at 8:30am and catch the Ferry at 10:35 am. Recommend returning time is 5 pm to catch the Ferry at 6:00pm or 7:15pm. More Ferries details please check BC ferries schedules.
The BC Ferries to Bowen Island costs $11.95 for adults (12+), $6.00 for children (5–11), and $34.20 for a standard vehicle (up to 20 feet). They are not included in carpool fee. Please pay your personal ferry fee at the window when you arrive and split vehicle fee with your driver.

Carpool: You will be assigned to a vehicle and receive the driver‘s info from email. Let the driver scan your QR code to access your carpool service. Keep a group with your driver.
Driver: You will receive driver instruction in your confirmation email. Scan the QR code from the passenger to provide your carpool service to get paid under the Payout Policy

What’s included: Gas, Parking, Vehicle use, Driver effort.
Ferry fees are not included in carpool fees.

Driving Time: About 45mins to Horseshoe Bay. Driving on Bowen Island will depend.
End Point: This activity ends back at the meeting point.
