Casuals AGM, 30 August 2pm @ Reynolds

AGM Meeting on Saturday 30th September after the plastics session at Reynolds.

So what is our Annual General Meeting (AGM) going to look like. Well this is a yearly gathering where members come together to discuss the club's on court and off court activities.

Everyone is welcome to attend and sing praise, listen quietly or let loose about the thing that is bothering your experience at the club. It is important for me to know what is going right and what isn't as well as what improvements can take place.

I care about the club's future and this will aim to serve and promote transparency and accountability within the club.

The current agenda stands as follows (subject to change):
* Booking policy updates (double booking, waitlist timing, cut off times, fines)
* New Club Shirt
* Saturday coaching sessions (12-2pm)
* Tish's Oktoberfest
* Christmas party volunteers (potentially 13th December)
* UK Winter Cottage Break (in November)
* Future Social Calendar
* Instagram/Facebook account & WhatsApp group
* Feedback on the Casuals Cup
* Friendly tournament against another club (based in Kingston)
