OTHER THINGS

To make our group comfortable, safe & respectful we have a few things we require

No Shows

In recent times, no shows have become a serious issue
This is not cool
We understand some may forget or something came up
It's a simple courtesy to change your RSVP if you can't make it
If you no show more than twice, sorry you won't be able to join future events
Organizers provide their time, resources & often reserve seating
No Shows cause problems for organizers & venues or for those on waiting lists
Last Minute cancellations may be viewed as a no show unless reason provided

Vendors & Recruiters
If you are joining to sell things or recruit
Recruiters or sellers will be removed from events & our group
