What we’re about
Hey! I’m someone who loves photographing people, everyday life, and the open streets of Auckland. Being new to the city, I wanted a way to explore it alongside others who enjoy taking photographs too.
That’s where this idea came from. If you’re new to street photography, this is an easy way in. If you’re more experienced, it’s a good excuse to walk, look, and make work alongside other photographers.
There’s no formal teaching, but there’s always help if you want it. We’ll wander, notice things, and try to make some photographs we like.
So… welcome to the F-Stop Photo Club.
Free and open to all levels. Bring whatever camera you like, phones included. We’ll meet regularly for casual photo walks, usually around two hours, and often end with a coffee or a drink. Come along when you can and leave whenever you need.
