Yeah, gurl! You're so hot! You need a lil waterfall action? How about an Brunch after?
Come shimmy on down to Switzer Falls and dunk your fine a$$ in a completely gorgeous waterfall. Sure, you'll be so darn hot because you'll be hiking but hot is hot, am I right? Then we're gonna mosey down to Hill Street Cafe for brunch! Gotta make up for lost calories with mimosas!
Okay, I'm done being a creep. Here are the deets!
Switzer Falls via Gabrielino Trail: 3.8 Miles, Kid and Dog Friendly, ADVENTURE PASS REQUIRED for parking. If you plan on hiking often, its worth paying for an annual pass. :)

The trail is pretty straight forward. No real rocks to climb, no boulders to jump... but there is a hill. Its a bit long but manageable (dont stress, I take a LOT of breaks). Parking located in the lot, located down in the picnic area, off the main highway requires an Adventure Pass. Find them HERE.

This trail is mostly shaded but I recommend bringing sunscreen, two liters of water and some snacks (2.5-3 liters if you're bringing a pooch). Crazy hiking boots not totally required, but you do you Boo. :)

THEN! BRUNCH! I know a little place called Hill Street Café. Yelp rates it $$ so plan on spending around $20-25 for your meal. They have brunch. They have mimosas. They have a patio. They. have. Eggs. Benedict! If ya know me ya know... (winky face). Basically, they're awesome! Unfortunately, they are NOT pet friendly. :-/
Lastly, its safe to always assume that there wont be cell service anywhere we meet to hike. We will always wait 10 minutes for stragglers. That being said, we're meeting at 7:30am, I'm heading out to the trail at 7:40am. If you show up after 8am, there is a good chance you'll have to park at the top of the hill, which will add 1+ miles to your hike, in the form of a long, annoying, full sun exposure hill. Its awful, its stupid. Trust me. Please arrive early.
