Elimination before delegation--how to simplify first.

Timothy Ferris gives a key point to getting the most out of outsourcing/using assistants. Before he outsources tasks, he decides what is really worth outsourcing? Does this task need to be delegated? or eliminated?

We will be discussing what processes, people and problems can be completely wiped out of our daily tasks. Try eliminating them for a week...and see how it goes. If it doesn't work, add them back in. It's definitely worth the experiment because chances are these are time wasters, energy drainers and the little that came out of it isn't worth the hassle.

The group will support you in your efforts to wipe out the unnecessary...because sometimes it can be a challenge at first.
