Whether you're in start-up mode or gathering traction, you need real clarity on your business model so you can design your business for success.
This workshop will give you an introduction to the Business Model Canvas, and how you can design, communicate and test your own business model (including how to "borrow" ideas from other businesses).
This course is about finding a perfect business model for your startup. We’re going to introduce you to a couple tools used by top startups everywhere to structure their strategies, and then dive into how you can start making real progress.
Course Structure:
After a brief intro, we're into interactive workshop mode - where you do most of the work!

A chance to draw up your business model - and to pitch the model to the group!
