July 25th Meetup at Sharon Woods Metro park

Hey everyone! The next Meetup will be at Sharon Woods Metro Park on July 25th starting at 6:30pm till 8:30pm. If you have a detector, please bring it along as we will be hunting. There will be three awards that will be awarded that night (Best find, most coins, and best non-metallic find). Judging will start at 7:45pm. Don’t get too excited, the awards will be the best dollar store gift a dollar can buy and a certificate to show off to your friends.

We will be meeting at one of shelter houses near the lake. It will be first one that you come to as you’re approaching the lake. For some of the inexperienced detectorists, I will be available to help show you how to dig a plug and how to pinpoint a target. If anyone else would like to help assist with this, please let me know.
