Then start here…with the inspiring story of Debra Peckumn, whose life-changing journey led her at age 58 to lose nearly 50 pounds, take up running and then climb two mountains in the Himalayas to honor her friend who had recently lost her battle with cancer. You’ll be captivated—and motivated—to move forward with your own self-transformation. Holistic health coach Sheree Clark will be on hand to teach you simple tips you can use to take that first step to conquer your own personal mountains and soar to your best, healthiest, happiest self.
