"Catch up" meeting for new members

This is a first of what will probably be several "catch up" meetings for new people who are making their way through the first set of "Quantum Study Group Notes." These notes form sort of a baseline for all the quantum information and quantum mechanics stuff that will come later, and future meetings will assume that everyone is at least somewhat familiar with these concepts.
