A heart-pumping, muscle-toning class that blends dance-inspired cardio with bodyweight sculpting moves. Fun music and modifications for all levels.
Agenda:
- Prayer/Scripture Reflection & Warm-up (10 min)
- Cardio bursts with sculpting intervals (30 min)
- Cool-down stretch & Prayer (10 min)
Bring:
- Water bottle
- Comfortable running shoes/sneakers
