What to Expect:
A high-intensity interval training workout that hits your whole body—mixing cardio, strength, and core work for maximum burn. All fitness levels welcome with modifications provided.
Agenda:

  • Prayer/Scripture Reflection & Warm-up (10 min)
  • Circuit-based HIIT rounds (35 min)
  • Cool-down & Prayer (10 min)

Bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable workout clothes & sneakers

We’ll be set up across the community center by the volleyball court at Veterans Park.
