What to Expect:
A high-intensity interval training workout that hits your whole body—mixing cardio, strength, and core work for maximum burn. All fitness levels welcome with modifications provided.
Agenda:
- Prayer/Scripture Reflection & Warm-up (10 min)
- Circuit-based HIIT rounds (35 min)
- Cool-down & Prayer (10 min)
Bring:
- Water bottle
- Comfortable workout clothes & sneakers
