What to Expect:
A targeted lower-body strength and cardio session designed to tone, strengthen, and build endurance in your legs and glutes.

Agenda:

  • Warm-up & prayer (10 min)
  • Strength & cardio circuits for lower body (35–40 min)
  • Cool-down stretch & Scripture (5–10 min)

Bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable running shoes/sneakers
