What to Expect:
A targeted lower-body strength and cardio session designed to tone, strengthen, and build endurance in your legs and glutes.
Agenda:
- Warm-up & prayer (10 min)
- Strength & cardio circuits for lower body (35–40 min)
- Cool-down stretch & Scripture (5–10 min)
Bring:
- Water bottle
- Comfortable running shoes/sneakers
