[Interactive Workshop] The Egg: Decision Making & Consciousness Development

This is an exercise that can help you explore your mind, emotions, and Consciousness, with the intention to see and understand yourself in new ways. The workshop will guide people through a process that will give you insight about your decision-making patterns as well as teach you tools to become a healthier decision-maker.

During this event I will be guiding the participants through the exercise and working with each of you to integrate your experience and help you understand the patterns that emerge.

This is for anyone who is interested in exploring themselves and learning about unconscious decision patterns, behaviors, and beliefs.

Please note

• This is an interactive workshop, you are encouraged to participate with audio and video.
• The workshop will start on time and the meeting room will be closed 10 minutes after we begin, so please show up a few minutes before the scheduled time.
• Use this link to check the time in your local time zone and save the event to your calendar so you don't miss because of timezone issues.

While it is recommended to be done with an experienced facilitator who can help you navigate through the exercise, you can also do part of it by yourself and see what you get from it. I recommend that if you are going to participate in the live even then it would be better not to read about the the exercise described in this post, instead just show up for the event and explore together with us. The element of surprise is important in this one!

I will not provide further details here so not to ruin the fun. Bring a playful, curious, exploratory attitude and this will be a fun event for all :)
